Risk Management

Our Risk Managers have an in-depth understanding of a multitude of industries, the issues they face, the pressures they are dealing with and the risks that they are exposed to.

Working with you, our qualified Risk Managers will carry out a thorough survey and assist in the identification, control and elimination of the potential risks your business faces.

Whilst your dedicated account handler is at the core of your relationship, they are not working alone. The Risk Management team will liaise with your account handler to ensure you benefit from a consistent service, and that your records and policies are up to date following any recommendations.

There are 5 key areas which are considered:

Fire Protection

Providing advice regarding passive and active fire protection, all in accordance with either national or international standards.


Advice will be given in areas of physical security, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.

Health & Safety

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

Business Interruption

Identifying areas such as key suppliers, cover requirements and contingency arrangements.

Business Continuity Planning

Providing advice and assistance in compiling business continuity plans to minimise the impact on the operation of your business following an incident.

The level of the Risk Management service is dependent on your business needs, and is available either on a project basis, or as part of your ongoing business plan.
