We take great pride in our customer service and always aim to provide each and every client with a 10 out of 10 service. By providing one main point of contact, with just one direct line number to call, we are the polar opposite of the call centre environment in which your insurance needs are reduced merely to a financial transaction. 

We don’t consider ourselves to be an average insurance broker. While our clients expect us to provide advice about which insurance programmes best suit them we like to take the approach that means we are there, providing insurance advice and guidance, throughout their lifetime. We look to craft long-standing relationships built on a foundation of trust, integrity and sensitivity.

Among the UK’s Top 40 Brokers

Recognised as one of the ‘Top 40 Brokers in the UK’, Lark enjoys a strong position in the market – enhancing our ability to negotiate with underwriters and thus provide a fully tailored solution every time. The firm currently places more than £130m of premium on behalf of over 35,000 clients, with a 94% client renewal retention rate across the business.



Lark was recently listed in the top 10 of the 'Top 100 Independent Brokers' review published by Insurance Age. Lark was one of five brokers listed in the sector where premium on general insurance products is between £100m and £200m. There are only five UK independent brokers where the premium handled is above £200m.
