From impact, we will be on call no matter what time of the day it is to ensure that your claim is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Once we have been notified of an incident involving a driver you will be immediately made aware and notified of all the relevant details and arrangements made for repair.

Our new online portal for motor fleet managers provides real-time information and updates on all of your fleet claims. This provides you with as much information as you wish to collate / receive at the touch of a button to assist you in the proactive management of your fleet. Through our separate Motor Fleet Risk Management Services, we are able to assist you in the identification and analysis of trends, which if controlled could reduce frequency and severity of incidents in the future.

Following an incident
All incidents should ideally be notified immediately (at roadside) by telephone on the SmartClaims helpline number:
Notification is available 24 hours a day, every day.
If you are unsure about any part of the incident, we will be pleased to advise you and arrange for recovery of un-driveable vehicles. We will also be able to provide guidance regarding a temporary replacement vehicle/courtesy car.
Repairs carried out by a SmartClaims approved repairer
We will arrange the estimate for you, authorise repairs, progress work being carried out and keep you updated regarding the estimated repair completion date.
Alternatively, incidents can be notified either via our online or downloadable claim form.
