Lark Group have today announced the purchase of Tolson Messenger Limited, a general broker based in Colchester.

The combined group will provide insurance broking services and financial advice to a broad cross-section of corporate and personal clients and have annual revenues of around £14 million. It will employ nearly 200 people in 4 offices across London, Kent and Essex.
