Lark Group have today announced the purchase of the business of Ascot Insurance Brokers Limited, a general broker based in Ascot, Berkshire.

Graham Lark, Chairman of Lark said:

"We are delighted to add the Ascot Insurance Brokers business to our existing operation. This is another step towards our aim of becoming one of the leading independent brokers in the South-East. It closely follows our acquisition of Argent Insurance Brokers Limited in April and strengthens our presence to the West of London."
