Emma Hadley

Emma started her career at the Norwich Union in 1989 as a Group Pensions Administrator, before moving to Orbit Benefits in 1995. There she ran the administration for some large pension schemes, before becoming a Consultant. In 2001, Emma decided to change career paths, and became a recruitment consultant where, after three weeks, she placed herself with Investec Insurance Services. Emma joined Lark in 2001, following the acquisition of Investec Insurance Services, and she took over responsibility for the existing business team, which was an amalgamation of Lark and Investec staff.

 

Emma is the Employee Benefits Manager and is responsible for the existing client team.

 

Emma enjoys travelling, as well as running, cricket and supporting West Ham. Although Emma doesn’t have much free time now as she is kept busy with her young son.
